Early Intervention Child & Family Connections
We provide services for families of infants and toddlers who have developmental delays or are at-risk for developmental delays.
Early Intervention Child & Family Connections is a statewide program that provides supports and services for families to help their children under age 3 meet developmental milestones.
Child and Family Connections (CFC) is a point of entry for children with possible developmental delays from birth to age 3. There are 25 CFC offices covering the state of Illinois. The Illinois Early Intervention Program is administered by Easterseals and is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
