05.15.2024 | The Autism Program at Easterseals

On April 27th, the Family Support Services program, The Autism Program at Easterseals, and the Therapeutic Recreation Department of the Rockford Park District partnered to host a Family Fun Event at Carlson Ice Arena where attendees enjoyed playing in Sapora Play World and ice skating.

Winnebago County Board Chairman Joseph Chiarelli and Alderman Kevin J. McCarthy visited as special guests and proclaimed April as Autism Acceptance month for Winnebago County. A special thank you to our friends at Hyundai on Perryville for providing the snacks.
